Pylon [pyˈloːn] is a proposition; a platform for interdisciplinary discourse and innovative ideas, noting developments in contemporary art and beyond. Pylon-Hub is set to create and share unconventional synapses between art and disciplines such as science, architecture and other social phenomena. As a spatially non-limited space, focused on time-based art and future-oriented concepts, Pylon-Hub supports the understanding of cutting-edge contemporary art practice and reflects its development.

In the light of the recent events, we have had to postpone our next exhibition “MASS” which was scheduled to open March 26th with works by artists Anna Ådahl, Bogomir Doringer and Clemens v. Wedemeyer.

PYLON is committed not only to the health and safety of our team and audience, but the presentation of works from some of the most exciting and innovative contemporary artists working today.

We will work on developing alternative modes of production and presentation to guarantee our audience to still have access to our upcoming artists and projects during this trying time. All future dates are obviously very uncertain at the moment, but stay tuned and first and foremost stay healthy, kind and AT HOME please.

Love,

Julia + Thomas
